Bobby J. Tutor, President

Bobby has been actively involved in the construction industry for over 40 years. After ten years in residential building and a six-year career with the United States Navy, Bobby entered an apprenticeship program sponsored by Independent Electrical Contractors, Inc. (IEC, Inc.) to pursue a career in the electrical field. Bobby's outstanding work ethic and pursuit of excellence contributed to him being chosen for outstanding achievements during his apprenticeship training. Bobby is a licensed Master Electrician who worked for three large electrical contractors before launching his own company in 1993. Bobby is committed to the successful future of the independent electrical contractor through his association with the IEC, Inc. Fort Worth - Tarrant County Chapter, IEC, Inc. of Texas and IEC National. His 19 year involvement includes a variety of leadership positions including Board Member (since 1995), Past President of Fort Worth-Tarrant County Chapter, Past President IEC of Texas in Austin, Past IEC National Regional Director, Past IEC National Secretary-Treasurer, and Past IEC National President. Bobby is still very active with this association today as he believes the future of our industry lies in the training of future electricians. Bobby's commitment to the successful completion of our construction projects is evident by our 100% track record for over twenty four years. Bobby is fully committed to our mission statement, to be an honest, straightforward business, faithful to our customers and faithful to our employees. Diana Tutor, Vice President of Finance

Diana has been actively involved in the construction industry for over 40 years. She was employed 10 years with a successful general contractor operating in commercial markets where she worked in the accounting, purchasing and project management departments. Diana continued her growth joining a fire protection contractor for 6 years. There she worked in accounting and all areas of office management. She joined Bobby in launchingTutor Electrical Service, Inc. in 1993. As a direct result, she has gained knowledge and experience in most phases of construction and now currently serves as Corporate Secretary- Treasurer and VP of Finance.

Brian K. Brinkmann, Vice President Operations & Design 

Brian has been actively involved in the electrical industry since 1990. After eight years in Retail Management, Brian entered and completed a four-year Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program. He came to Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. from a contractor in Florida where he worked as a Project Foreman/Superintendent, successfully completing several large commercial and institutional projects. Brian is a licensed Journeyman Electrician and has worked as a Project Foreman, Estimator, and Project Manager before becoming Vice President. Brian holds a Post-Secondary Technical Degree in Industrial Electricity, and graduate degrees in Theology. He is a 2012 graduate of the 80 hour Project Management Institute at Purdue University and has recently earned his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology degree from Tarleton State University. Brian is an integral part of the operations and future of Tutor Electrical Service, Inc.

Jason S. Werry, Project Manager

Jason has actively been involved in the construction industry since 2003. He received his formal electrical training through the Independent Electrical Contractors Fort Worth -Tarrant County Chapter Apprenticeship School and is a graduate of the 80 hour Project Management Institute at Purdue University. Jason has held positions from apprentice electrician, journeyman electrician, foreman, field superintendent and is now serving as project manager. Jason is a licensed Master Electrician. Under Jason's supervision Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. has successfully completed projects ranging in size from $100K to over $2M.

Marie Beutler, Human Resources/Payroll

Marie holds a key position with Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. successfully managing Human Resources and Payroll departments. Marie has been with us for 4 years and came to us with over 20 years of HR and Accounting experience. Prior to Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. she worked in the medical/dental field and has played a vital role within the company.

                                        Gena Rogers, Controller     

Gena is a Certified Public Accountant and Controller at Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. She has over 40 years Accounting experience in the construction, oil & gas and tax industries. Gena graduated with honors from the University of Texas Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Her exceptional leadership and ability to constructively encourage, is a forte that will usher Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. to an incomparable level.

Michael Barnett, Service Manager

Michael has been working in the electrical industry since 1981. He attended the Electrical Technology program at North Lake College. He has performed electrical work in residential, commercial, industrial, service and construction arenas. Michael has worked in the field, industrial maintenance, project management as well as held the position of Vice President of a commercial/ industrial electrical contracting firm for 14 years. He has extensive background working with mechanical contractors, controls and industrial environments and has held a Master Electrician’s license since 1993 and an essential member of our team.

Michelle Ewell, Service Administrative Assistant

Michelle joined Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. in August 2016 as an Administrative Assistant for our service department. She graduated from UTA  and has over 20 years administrative/customer service experience within the construction industries and accumulative knowledge in HVAC and plumbing fields. Michelle provides outstanding support for our service team.

Karen “KJ” Jerrick, Construction Coordinator

KJ has over 10 years of Project Management experience, strategic planning, process development, client relations and training within the Renewable Energy Industry throughout California, Arizona, and Hawaii. She is a liason between customers, project management and our field operations as well as performing administrative duties with project document control/billings, ensuring our customers are provided with the best quality of service.

Marc Sanders, Warehouse Manager

Marc joined the Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. team in 2015. He was in the manufacturing industry for 12 years and gained experience as a machinist, along with performing shipping and receiving functions and quality control duties. In 2000, Marc transitioned into a career in the industrial supply and rental industry giving him 15 years of experience in purchasing, sales repair and customer service. His experience in servicing electrical contractors and building relationships along the way led him to pursue a career with our company.

Roderick Morris, Pre-Fab Manager

Rod joined the Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. team in August, 2011. Prior, he was enlisted in the United States Navy from 1990-2010, serving in Desert Storm and deployed to the front lines of Kuwait following the tragic events of 911. Rod worked in the Naval Advanced Emprovised Explosive Device Disposal School in Eglin AFB where he retired. In 2011, he entered the IEC Program, completing his Foreman and Journeyman’s License. Rod has been an indispensable backbone for Tutor Electrical Service, Inc.

Arthur Leyhe, Systems Manager

Arthur has been working in the Fire Alarm/Low Voltage industry since 1980. He owned and operated his own company while working as a full-time firefighter. He retired after 26 years of service with the Duncanville Fire Department. Arthur enjoyed a 6 year break before joining Tutor Electrical Service, Inc. as our Systems Manager in 2015. Due to his firefighter training and expertise, he also serves as our Safety Director.
